Prepare Before Your Visit:
ATTENTION NEW CLIENTS: PLEASE COMPLETE OUR PRE-TREATMENT FORM AT THE BOTTOM OF THIS SCREEN BEFORE BOOKING YOUR CONSULTATION.
For an opulent spa experience, we recommend arriving in comfortable & breathable attire and ensuring you are adequately hydrated.
ALL FACIALS & TREATMENTS:
To enhance your spa experience, we kindly request that you arrive with clean skin and without any makeup or heavy facial products to optimize the treatment’s effectiveness. Please contact us in advance to discuss any medications you are currently taking, recent prolonged sun exposure, or facial treatments within the last 7 days.
NOTE: Attention Clients with Eyelash Extensions:
Prior to your Facial treatment, please note that steam may affect the adhesive bond of your eyelash extensions and may be excluded during your service to protect the longevity of your lash extension. We recommend consulting with your lash technician before proceeding with the treatment.
While precautions will be taken to minimize contact with the lashes, we cannot guarantee the integrity of your extensions following the steam session. Your safety and satisfaction are our top priorities, and we appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter.
Additionally, be prepared to share details of your current skincare routine with your aesthetic provider.

WAXING:
- Arrive with clean skin, free of any deodorants, makeup, oils, creams, or lotions on the treatment area.
