PLEASE READ ALL POLICES AND  INFORMATION BELOW BEFORE BOOKING YOUR CONSULTATION AND/OR APPOINTMENT.

Appointment Booking: All appointments at WilKay Wellness must be scheduled in advance. Walk-in appointments may not be available due to high demand for our services.

New Client Preapproval: All new clients must undergo a preapproval process before scheduling their first appointment. This process ensures that we can provide the best possible care and service to each individual client. To initiate the preapproval process, new clients must contact our office either by phone or through our website’s contact form.

Preapproval Requirements: During the preapproval process, new clients may be asked to provide relevant information about their health history, current skincare concerns, and any previous treatments they have undergone. This information helps our team assess the client’s needs and determine the most suitable treatment options.

Approval Confirmation: Once the preapproval process is complete, new clients will receive confirmation from our office indicating that they are approved to schedule their first appointment. This confirmation may include instructions on how to proceed with scheduling and any additional information or requirements specific to the client’s situation.

Advance Notice: Please carefully read the cancellation policy before booking consultations and appointments. We kindly ask that you provide us with advance notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

No-Show and Late Cancellations: There will be a 75% cancellation fee for any no-show or cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment time. This fee is intended to compensate our staff for the time and resources allocated to your appointment that could have been offered to another client.

Rescheduling Fee: If you need to reschedule your appointment, we understand. However, if an appointment is rescheduled more than once, there will be a $25 rescheduling fee. This fee helps cover administrative costs associated with rearranging schedules and ensuring our services remain efficient and accessible to all clients.

How to Cancel or Reschedule: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible at 512-229-8099 via text or through our Gloss Genius booking system. You can also reach us by phone or email during our regular business hours. We appreciate your cooperation in notifying us promptly so that we can adjust our schedule accordingly and accommodate other clients.

Exceptions: We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we will consider exceptions to our cancellation policy on a case-by-case basis. Please don’t hesitate to reach out to us if you have extenuating circumstances, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs.

Late Arrival: Clients who arrive late for their appointments may have their treatment time reduced to avoid delays for other scheduled appointments. In some cases, late arrivals may need to reschedule their appointment for a later time or date. Please contact your aesthetician immediately via text or by calling 512-229-8099. We might be assisting a client. Please leave a detailed messaged followed by a text message to confirm receipt of voicemail.

Confirmation Reminders: To help clients stay organized, we may send appointment confirmation reminders via email or text message prior to their scheduled appointment time. These reminders serve as a courtesy and are intended to help clients remember their upcoming appointments.

Non-Refundable Deposit Policy: To secure your appointment at our spa, a non-refundable deposit is required upon booking. This deposit will be applied towards the total service fee. In the event of a cancellation or rescheduling, or if you fail to show up for your appointment, the deposit will not be refunded and may be forfeited (exceptions will be made at the descretion of the aesthetician). We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to this policy.

1. Accepted Payment Methods: We accept CHERRY PAYMENTS as well as the following forms of payment for our services:
– Cash
– Credit cards
– Debit cards
– Apple Pay
– Zelle

NOTE: As a courtesy to our clients, we accept credit cards on file for deposits when booking appointments. However, if we are unable to obtain a credit card on file at any point or for any reason, or if the credit card on file becomes inactive and no new card has been provided by the client before any scheduled services or payments are due, clients will be required to make all future payments in full. There will be no exceptions to this policy.

2. Pricing: Our pricing is determined based on the specific services rendered and any additional add-ons or enhancements requested. We are committed to providing competitive and fair pricing for all of our services.

3. Payment Due: Payment for services is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged in advance. We kindly ask that clients settle their payment promptly to ensure a smooth and efficient check-out process.

4. Pricing Transparency: We are dedicated to providing transparent pricing for all of our services. If you have any questions or concerns about pricing, please don’t hesitate to ask our staff for clarification. 1. Product Refunds:
– Products purchased from WilKay Wellness may be eligible for a refund if returned within 30 days of purchase.
– To qualify for a refund, the product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
– Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment upon receipt and inspection of the returned product.
– Shipping costs associated with returning the product are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
– To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a return authorization number and instructions for returning the product.

2. Service Refunds:
– Services provided by WilKay Wellness are non-refundable once rendered.
– In the event of dissatisfaction with a service, clients are encouraged to communicate their concerns with our team, who will strive to address and resolve any issues to the best of our ability.
– If a client is unable to attend a scheduled appointment, they must provide at least 48 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel without penalty.

3. Exceptions:
– In cases of damaged or defective products, clients may be eligible for a replacement or refund. Please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receipt to report any issues with your order.
– Refunds for services may be considered on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of WilKay Wellness management.

Clients are solely responsible for ensuring that their payment information is accurate and up-to-date within the Cherry system. Any issues related to payment processing, including approvals, denials, or disputes, must be addressed directly with Cherry’s customer support team.

WilKay Wellness will not be held liable for any discrepancies or errors arising from the use of the Cherry payment system. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to this policy.

However, we kindly request that clients refrain from posting inappropriate or defamatory content that may damage our reputation or violate the privacy of our staff and other clients.

5. Consequences for Violations: Violations of this policy may result in termination of services and/or legal action, depending on the severity of the infraction. We reserve the right to take appropriate action to protect the privacy and integrity of our clients and staff.

5. Consequences for Inappropriate Behavior: Any client found engaging in inappropriate or disruptive behavior may be asked to leave the premises immediately. Additionally, repeat offenders may be prohibited from scheduling future appointments at WilKay Wellness.
